How long does it take for me to receive my Taori Perfect4Me and Skincare products?

Normally it takes around 3-5 business days after your items have been shipped and it takes about 1-3 days for it to be processed (varies during holidays or weekends). However, due to the sensitive nature of Covid-19 some shipments may be delayed when shipping to certain areas of the country or globally.  We will send you an email with a tracking number when your package is on its way.

 *Please note: We only ship orders out Monday-Friday. Our shipping facilities are not open on weekends. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will not be processed until the following week. This applies to both standard and expedited orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship only within the USA. Including Alaska and Hawaii.  We do not ship internationally at this time.  However, Taori & Co products will be available on Walmart.com and Amazon.com in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, India, Australia and China.  Subscribe to our newsletter to get updates on our products and our company growth when we expand in the neat future.

How much is shipping?

How can I track my purchased order?

All purchased orders are assigned a tracking number once processed for shipping.  Please allow up to 24 hours to be assigned (Business day). We are proud to partner with Route for customers to track their orders.

What is Route?

??We're proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

To file your claim with Route, please note the below items:

  • Stolen Package:  Claim must be submitted no earlier than 5 days and no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered
  • Lost Package: Claim must be submitted no earlier than 7 days, no later than 30 days from last shipping update (for both US & Canada) 
  • Damaged Package: Claim can be filed immediately, and no later than 15 days from when order was marked delivered

When will my pre-order ship?

We’re pleased to now offer pre-orders of select Taori & Co & Perfect4Me items before they are available, giving you early access to some of our most requested products. 

Here’s how it works:

When you pre-order a product, you’ll be first in line to receive it when it becomes available. Please note that we require payment at checkout to reserve your item.

If your order includes other Taori products, you’ll receive all available items in a first shipment. Your pre-order product will ship separately, once in stock.

While we don’t anticipate shipping delays, there’s always the possibility. We’ll keep you updated if pre-orders are delayed for any reason.

How do I change my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, simply sign into your account, select "Subscriptions" then click "Edit" next to your address.

If you need to change your shipping address after your order's shipped, please do not hesitate to email support@TaoriandCo.com with your new address. We will get your Taori Perfect4Me package to you!

What if I never received my order?

Please keep a copy of your order confirmation email so you can refer to tracking information. If the order status notes that the package has been delivered, your first course of action should be to contact your local post office. Carriers will sometimes hide packages in inconspicuous places, or keep them in their mail room for pickup.

If you still cannot find your package, we will refund you in full and submit a missing package claim on your behalf.

Please contact support@TaoriandCo.com with your order number within 3 days of the expected delivery. The second time or any time thereafter, you must provide accurate documentation that you have opened a case with your local post office or with Route to locate the missing package. 

To avoid such ongoing issues, please explore the option of Route+ at checkout to protect from damage, loss, or theft.

Can I return & exchange my product?

We believe all of our products are perfect and amazing and believe they will be a perfect fit for you too!  However, we do understand sometimes things are not always perfect for everyone.  Due to the intimate nature of our products, Taori & Co. LLC dba Taori Perfect4Me cannot accept returns for perishable goods purchased both at Taori & Co once they have left our facilities. 

~For offline market purchases, please visit or contact the retailer for further assistance with refunds, returns or exchanges.   Should you need to share your opinion or suggestion regarding our products please contact us via email: support@TaoriandCo.com.  We will do our best to make it right.

~Don’t let unused products go to waste. Consider sharing your unused products with a friend, charity, group home or non-profit organization.  You never know it maybe a Perfect Fit for someone!

~Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What if my shipment is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@TaoriandCo.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to make it right and help resolve the issue for you. All damaged shipments must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within a few hours of your purchased products if your order have not left any of our shipping facilities.  Reach out to our team as soon as possible via email: support@TaoriandCo.com to get status update on your purchase order to determine if your order has been shipped before requesting cancellation.  We may be able to help.
